When you think about it information is ever changing....evolving... and with that our concept on how we receive it is affected!!
The workplace needs to be able to change easily and adapt quickly. Patrons are learning to use the WEB as their personal resource tools. Young and old alike have embraced these resources with zeal, and sooner than later will be able to use outside sources without the help of libraries to meet their needs.
I think it is but the tip of the iceberg... with amazing changes on the way! Let's hope we can stay afloat!!
